Emily’s deep knowledge of both the contact center model and conversational AI has proven invaluable as she leads the Simplr sales team in introducing a new approach to Digital CX, one that is uniquely designed to meet the demands of the NOW Customer. Her 25-year career includes leadership roles for Conversational AI startups Uniphore and Kore, as well as 8 years at Nuance Communications, a pioneer in speech recognition. Prior to Nuance, Emily spent ten years with Genesys, a leader in omni-channel customer journeys, where she held various leadership roles in Europe and Latin America. Emily is based in San Francisco and enjoys volunteering for animal rescue.
