Hanna Marcus, COO at Purple Carrot, is responsible for overseeing all Operations and Culinary functions, including sourcing, purchasing, production & fulfillment, and recipe development. Her focus is on improving COGS and hitting margin targets, driving customer experience through high quality and low error rates, bringing new products to market, and growing the business through internal efficiencies and external partnerships. Previously, she oversaw an international supply chain at The Jackfruit Company and has built and grown operations at both a start-up skin care line and an education company. Hanna has a passion for both the nitty gritty of start-up ops and the strategic execution to take it to the next level. Like many, she is a new mom trying to navigate the mystical ‘work/life balance’ while dreaming of her first trip post-covid.
