Customer Experience Manager
Alex leads the CX team at ANINE BING, a modern-day women’s fashion house based in Downtown Los Angeles. Over the past 2+ years, she has built the company’s first CX Department from the ground up, from one team member to a full solutions-oriented team across three timezones. Her expertise is in building female-founded companies, focusing on customer retention, internal process management and organization, strategic content writing, developing and maintaining a brand voice, storytelling, and more. While her career has centered around the fashion industry she is also extremely passionate about health, wellness, and fitness, spending any free time she has on her Peloton or at an outdoor Barry’s class.
