Most recently, as the Director of Customer Experience for one of the fastest growing online women's fashion brands in the US and Australia, Princess Polly, Alexandria has created an industry leading customer experience. Through the use of tech and platform optimization, she has designed a highly scalable end-to-end-customer support journey that has created highly satisfied customers and brand advocacy. As a leader, Alexandria is a firm believer in enhancing the team experience and empowers those around her to be dynamic, exciting, and inspiring leaders themselves. Prior to her passion for CX, she was a Professional Figure Skater and has performed in over 40 countries and 200 cities.
In her spare time, Alexandria enjoys yoga, fitness, coaching figure skating, traveling, and spending time with family.
