Tish Bivins has been with Asurion for the past 11 years. Asurion is the exclusive provider of premium protection, tech support and repair services for major retailers and leading mobile carriers, Asurion has won the trust of nearly 300 million customers worldwide. Since 2009, Tish has had a wide variety of roles ranging from Process improvement Manager to the Director of Call Center Operations. Currently she is the Senior Director of Field, Same Day Operations, consisting of over 1,500 employees providing customer experience and tech support across the United States.

Prior to joining Asurion, Tish served as an Army Finance Captain, primarily in the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg North Carolina. She also served two tours in Iraq and a year at Camp Casey Korea.

In her spare time, she enjoys fitness, spending time with her wife, and Legos!!
