Catherine Sproul has 13 years of brand marketing, sales, and strategy experience at the L’Oreal group, working on brands such as Lancôme, Kiehl’s, and Clarisonic. She currently resides in Paris, where she works on L’Oreal’s Americas zone team, a group that liaises with international brand teams on affiliate country go-to-market strategy and planning. She has a BA in Cognitive Psychology from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Virginia. She’s passionate about understanding the motivations behind consumer purchasing behavior and brand loyalty. Outside of work, she’s an avid traveler and painter.
